We’re looking for a bright, enthusiastic Digital Site Associate to help support our marketing initiatives by overseeing website content publication and management in target markets. You’ll support site direction requirements, including: making content updates on webpages, building webpages for AEM platform, coordinating with content contributors, and making updates to the website content calendar. You will also gather requirements for website enhancements (i.e., creation of website templates) to ensure business needs are met.

Key Responsibilities & Duties Include, but not Limited to

  • Title and tag all content assets (print, html, images, videos, audio, photos) for content contributors and store into the DAM in accordance with DAM governance requirements
  • Ensure that all content is properly titled, tagged and placed in the correct folder in alignment with best practices; review all submissions to ensure that they compliant with stated procedures
  • Create new folders in the DAM as approved by Site Director
  • Build new web pages from pre-approved templates when needed
  • Publish content with no defined content owner (e.g., Legal and/or Operational content), or in support of business areas
  • Respond to AEM, PACE, and DAM inquiries (e.g., troubleshooting assistance) from markets

Ideal Qualifications and Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in Web Development and Digital Workflow, ideally with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and TeamSite
  • Financial services experience; asset/investment management industry experience preferred
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, conversion, web standards and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent
