ADS is a division of Legg Mason Global Distribution with a vision to drive customer intimacy by offering highly personalized solutions, enhanced by technology. We are focused on developing and implementing alternative methods to deliver investment solutions to clients. The team oversees and continues to build out a series of portfolio analytics tools and digital advice platforms (e.g. robo-advisor solution) to support investors, advisors, and the Legg Mason distribution organization.
The Senior Program Manager / Business Manager should have 8+ years' experience of structured requirements management utilizing industry Business Analysis standard techniques. In this newly created role, you will deliver succinct and effective communication to senior leadership and to client teams. In addition, you will provide strategic leadership of business analyst best practices and will lead cross-functional / global teams focused in Wealth Management, Digital Platforms, and Distribution to ensure project outcomes are aligned with business and client objectives.
