Position Overview

Royce & Associates is seeking a talented Trade Processing Assistant to work on our three person, highly motivated, trade processing team.  


In this role, you will report to the Head of Administration and the Trade Processing Manager and learn our trade processing needs. You will support all operations of trade processing and support the trading desk, being primarily responsible for pre-trade compliance alert analysis, closing operational Alerts and Warnings in the Charles River Investment Management System, setting up brokers in CRIMS, tracking commission rates, reconciling commissions payments to brokers and hard-dollar payments for research products, broker new account documentation, trade error memo’s and corresponding payments, TCA analysis distribution and daily non-NASDAQ securities price collection.


Position Requirements:


You are highly organized, have a primary college degree, know Charles River Development, Omgeo/OASYS, settlements both domestic and international, MS Word and Excel, and you are eager to assist the trade processing function in any way necessary. Effective and efficient trade settlement is a very important aspect of our business. You will report directly to the head of trading and the trade processing manager. You will work closely with all levels of staff, including our trading desk and systems department.
