Our Global Human Resources department is hiring a Sr. Compensation Partner to join the Global Total Rewards Team. The Compensation Partner is a key contributor on the Total Rewards Team who administers and manages compensation programs to ensure pay is competitive, equitable, and aligned with the LM Total Rewards philosophy. The Compensation Partner is responsible for analysis, implementation and ongoing administration of compensation programs. This position consults with leaders across the company regarding pay decisions and practices. Location may be Baltimore, MD or Stamford, CT.
