    Our Global Fiduciary Platform department is seeking a Specialist to join the Product Support Team based in Stamford, CT.  The team is responsible for the monthly accounting close, management reporting, expenses and budgeting as well as the validation and payment of all intermediary payments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze expenses and investigate variances; preparation of monthly reports and decks for presentation to affiliates, distribution and senior management
    • Preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting and related analysis for both corporate and mutual fund expenses related to money market funds and long-term funds.
    • Execution of month end close process, within corporate deadlines, related to intermediary & dealer payments and accruals related to revenue sharing.
    • Liaise with technology to implement enhancements or changes to the month end database, as necessary.
    • Perform monthly financial analysis, balance sheet reconciliations as well as review and research of invoice discrepancies.
    • Liaise with Legal and Transfer Agent teams for contract review and implementation of fees in Transfer Agent system.
    • Provide support to several Affiliates and provide monthly reporting and ad-hoc analysis
    • Invoice validation, review and coding in Workday
    • This position requires regular interaction with the various intermediaries and several internal groups including; Finance, Business Development Team, Legal, Affiliates and Dealer Services.


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or business-related field
    • 0-2 years’ experience in Corporate Accounting/Finance, or Data Mining/Analytics
    • Excellent analytical, research and problem-solving skills 
    • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Detail-oriented and organized
    • Alteryx, Business Objects, Database or development of data workflows experience a plus
